One series of communications was alleged with Michael VanHise, a 22-year-old New Jersey man who has pleaded not guilty after being charged with kidnapping conspiracy.
One of them, she said, included an email between Mr. Valle and Michael VanHise, a co-conspirator who faces the same charge as Mr. Valle and has pleaded not guilty in his separate case.
