The resolution came a few days after the UN's WorldHealthOrganisation (WHO) reported that up to 10, 000 Darfuris are dying each month in the squalid refugee camps where they have fled to escape attacks from the government-backed janjaweed militia.
Meanwhile in Iraq, the delegates are being briefed by UN humanitarian and other relief organisations such as the World Food Programme, WorldHealthOrganisation, UNICEF and UNHCR, before splitting-up on the last day.
