Secondly,the thesis systematically research two issues,namely how to promise new school buildings safe enough and improve the security of existent school buildings. Toward new buildings,scientific address and reasonable planning are necessary,besides,in order to guarantee the quality of new construction,we should sternly execute the capital construction procedure and mandatory standard,the procedure of submitting reports for approval should be carried out according to the prescriptive capital construction procedure.
