Cuju, as one of the most mature sport events in ancient China, is popular with both emperors and commoners. There are three kinds of entertainments of Cuju: direct-fight with several goals, indirect-fight just one goal and dispersive-fight without goals, of which the third also called “Baida” is generally popular with the public.
