  首先,本文参考国内外水下装置的成功设计经验,通过对水下装置结构设计因素的分析,设计了开架式,耐压舱在中间,左右两边两个浮力调节舱用来模拟潜艇失事时潜艇逃生舱段的外形结构,进行了特种ROV耐压壳体结构强度计算,并且分析了整体平衡方法,计算了相应的浮心、重心位置及其稳定性。
