【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the reversal technique with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment for three ankle fractures. Methods: 358 cases of ankle fractures three flip closed reduction, cast immobilization, with the Chinese herb fumigation and ankle exercises.Results：patients were 8 to 48 months (mean 22.7 months) follow-up, fracture healing uniform clinical cure rate was 93.7%.Conclusion：The flip closed reduction, plaster external fixation of ankle fractures three effective, minimally invasive, with Chinese herb fumigation, functional exercise is conducive to the recovery of ankle joint function.
