Commonwealth silver medallist Tasha Danvers-Smith was the best of the Brits as she came home fifth behind race-winner and world number one Lashinda Demus in the 400m hurdles.
The other five - Phillips Idowu, Germaine Mason, TashaDanvers, Kelly Sotherton and Nicola Sanders - all won medals in Beijing or at last year's World Championships in Osaka.
However, remember that this time last year TashaDanvers and Germaine Mason were each regarded as no better than potential finalists, yet both went on to win Olympic medals.
