lo sou tang 洛苏当山
In 638 AD (Tang Dynasty), the Sixth Patriarch of the Chinese ZEN Buddhism, Master Huineng, was born to Lo family in Xinzhou, Lingnan (nowadays Xinxing County, Guangdong Province).
唐贞观十二年（公元638年），中国禅宗六祖惠能大师诞生在岭南新州，即现在的广东省新兴县。
Story has it that the Siu Mei and lo Mei with local flavor were created on the basis of Kyoto Siu Mei and lo Mei before the Tang Dynasty.
相传唐朝以前，便在京都烧卤基础上创制了具有地方特色的烧卤。
