Toobad our Treasury Department doesn't read the riot act to the IMF and tell it to push pro-prosperity policies, such as low taxes, stable money, property rights, easing regulations for starting a business (in many countries it takes years to get all the licenses--and experts wonder why people operate outside the system) and reducing trade barriers internally and externally.
