Campaigners say such schemes exploit workers by putting them at risk of beingchased for unpaid taxes and have described the practice as "abusive tax avoidance".
"The problems associated with dementia in relation to eating and drinking result in food being'chased' around normal plates and the options that are available are quite childlike, suchas plate guards and split plates, " she said.
