[Abstract] In this paper, to establish a vector error correction model, based on the use of impulse response function and forecast variance decomposition to describe China's agricultural infrastructure development and rural economic growth dynamic relevance. Study shows that: the backwardness of agricultural infrastructure in rural areas hindered economic growth. Therefore, the development of agricultural infrastructure as a means of achieving sustained economic growth in rural areas an important basis for maintaining the rural economic growth and coordinated development of agricultural infrastructure. Government should increase investment in agricultural infrastructure for the rural economy to create conditions for sustained growth.
