The Fenshuiling Fe Deposit,stratified or stratoid,is in the phyllite slate with intercalation of marble. Quartz and calcite are developed in the wall rock and orebody,with local sackform galena. The genesis of ore deposit belongs to sedimentary metamorphogenic magnetite deposit influenced by hydrothermal metallogenesis.
