This paper optimizes aluminum adhesive process, such as surface treatment, thickness of glue and the ratio of adhesion, by theory analyses and single lap joint mechanical test. The experiment result shows the joints behavior steady made by this adhesive process.
本文通过理论分析与单搭接接头力学试验的方法，优化了铝合金材料的粘接工艺，如表面处理方法、胶层厚度及胶粘剂与固化剂的配比等，试验结果表明应用该工艺制备的粘接接头性能稳定。
