They nominated Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah to replace Sheikh Saad al-Abdullach al-Sabah, who replaced the late SheikhJaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah.
The Secretary-General first met the Director of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Abdulwahab al-Bader, and then met the Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah.
The only other ruler to see his fortune shrink this year is Kuwait's Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, who is trying to rein in bickering politicians in order to jump-start the country's stagnant economy.
