According to court documents, an undercover police officer investigating allegations of sexualconduct in Minneapolis airport restrooms went into a stall and closed the door.
The judge ruled that this argument fitted the exception to Colorado's rape-shield law, which admits evidence of outside sexualconduct only if it could directly exonerate the defendant.
