Upon opening the refreshed program, you'll see a menu that offers to take you to the full listing or you can opt to see only items that have been shared, starred, or made available for offline use.
In Internet Explorer, for example, you can go into the "Tools" menu and block certain levels of information that you see as undesirable, using the Internet Options menu.
