  In this paper, the legal system of publishing censorship is researched on three aspects which are constitutions, legislations and practice during the Nanjing National Government. In the three-part study, the characteristics of the three periods were combined to analyze.

  本文对南京国民政府的书刊审查法律制度分宪法、法律及实践三个角度进行研究,在三部分的研究中分别结合三个时期的时代特征进行分析,力求不仅阐明书刊审查法制中的审查方式、审查机关、审查标准和处罚方式等方面,而且阐明不同具体时期的书刊审查法制状况。
