I really liked her. I wondered if she liked me. She sure didn't object when I kissed her forehead, or her nose. She turned blood red, but she did not object. Mabey she liked me. I hoped so. I had a bite, and yanked the line out of the water. It was a decent sized fish, so I put it with the others, in a little bucket-like structure I built out of snow. That's when I saw her, passing through the trees, studying the footsteps that I left on the ground. She must've felt my eyes on her. She looked up and ssaw me. She grinned. I decided to find a new spot to fish. Mabey if I found a more popular spot amoung the fish, I would catch more. I put another chunk of deer meat on the safety pin hook, and started walking to the center of the lake.
