The method using dipping refractometer to determined the beer original wort concentration is described. The advantages of this method are rapid, accurate and continuous.

The results showed that power and growth rate of the rejuvenated strains were higher than those of the original degenerated strains, wort medium cultivation for 24 hours with PH 4.5 ~ 6.0.
试验结果表明:复壮后菌株发酵力和生长速度均高于原始退化菌株。适宜培养时间是24小时,适宜发酵PH为4.5 ~ 6.0。
