Slowly, the car emerges from the narrow street and out into Oxford City Centre, where bikes whiz recklessly past the window, girls clad in vintage fashion merge from little boutiques tucked in to alcoves along the path, young boys hitching up bikes and pausing to rest outside little, old-fashioned bars.
