The effect of Shenkang on renal function, serum lipids and RBC immune function was studied in this paper using the rat chronic renal failure (CRF) model induced by adenine. The results showed that Shenkang could significantly lower serum BUN and Cr, modulate lipid disorder, increase T cell and RBC immune function, and decrease kidney damage.
