The invention relates to an MR imaging method, in particular to a limb lymphatic system MR imaging method. The technical proposal is as follows: the MR imaging method with the information of both function and morphology includes the following steps of: (1) regular T2W-TSE fat suppression imaging; (2) lymphatic water imaging; and (3) lymphatic indirect enhanced imaging. The MR imaging method has the advantages that a three-dimensional MR imaging method adopting Gadobenate Dimeglumine contrast medium can learn the functional condition of the lymphatic system when the morphologic change of the lymphatic system is observed: the delivery function of the lymphatic can be judged by measuring the flow rate of the contrast medium, and the filling condition of the contrast medium in lymph nodes shows the functional condition and relevant pathological changes of regional lymph nodes. The information of morphology and function changes of the limb lymphatic system obtained through the check is helpful for learning the pathophysiologic basis of the generation of lymphatic circulation disturbance as well as for selecting a proper treatment method.
