Governor McDonnell did write a 14-page letter appealing FEMA's denial for assistance to recent earthquake victims in LouisaCounty, and it affected, of course, Washington as well.
The company also still intends to move forward with plans to request regulatory approval to build a third reactor at its nuclear power station in LouisaCounty, Va.
