The North Korean Central News Agency carried a statement from the country's Naval command,Thursday, accusing South Korea of sending warships into the North's territorial waters at least 10 times this week.

According to the North's official KoreanCentralNewsAgency, a delegation from the Laotian capital of Vientiane visited NorthKorea on May 20.
"A patrol ship of the Navy of the Korean People's Amy captured one ship of South Korea on July 30 when it illegally intruded deep into the DPRK territorial waters, " North Korea's KoreanCentralNewsAgency reported.
"If the U.S. ... delays the settlement of the nuclear issue, it would have a serious impact on the disablement of nuclear facilities, " an unidentified spokesman for North Korea's Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by the KoreanCentralNewsAgency, the NorthKoreannewsagency.
