After graduating in the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Arts, Mr Hsu decided to pursue a career in teaching field and therefore continued his studies and got a Diploma in Education.
Moreover, Tung is already dealing with the provisional legislature, headed by Rita Fan Hsu Lai Tai, a former Hong Kong executive counselor and lawmaker.
