Sift together the dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add in diced butter and knead to form dough.

Add in glutinous rice powder, sugar and spinach juice to form a smooth dough. then add the shortening and knead until the dough smooth.
然后加入糯米粉、细砂糖、菠菜汁搅拌成团。加入白油搓揉至表面光滑即为皮。
Mix the glutinous rice flour and water of the ingredients (1), knead to form a dough, keep aside.
先将材料（一）的糯米粉和清水拌匀成糯米生团，放置一旁备用。
