2.For the purpose of ascertaining the circumstances of a case, investigative experiments, if necessary, may be conducted with the approval of the director of a public security bureau .
In conducting investigativeexperiments, it shall be forbidden to take any action which is hazardous, humiliating to anyone, or offensive to public morals.
