This patient shows a perilymphatic pattern. In using the algorithm, we first identify the presence of subpleural nodules in relation the the major fissure and peripheral pleural surfaces. Next, we note the overall distribution of the nodules. The nodules are patchy, involving different parts of the lung to varying degrees, and are specifically identified in relation to the subpleural regions and the peribronchovascular regions. Numerous nodules surround the central bronchi and vessels. On the left, nodules are so numerous, that an air bronchogram is visible. A few nodules are visible in relation to interlobular septa.
