Angry and confused she stood up not thinking, the slant of the roof made her lose her footing. She fell back, momentum sending her tumbling back off the roof. She felt a searing heat in the back of her head, then her body hit the water and she sucked in a mouthful, but couldn't spit it out before swallowing some of it. Her eyes stuck open, she saw sun beams penetrating the surface like a living piece of glass, but the light was disappearing as she sunk, unable to move her arms or legs.
