abstract:The Gigantes del Cibao (English: Giants of the Cibao) are a baseball team that plays in the Dominican Winter League. Founded in 1996 as Gigantes del Nordeste then with a change of ownership, the name was changed several times, being called Pollos del Cibao, Pollos Nacionales and Pollos Baseball Club.
