According to the ETF Finder at ETF Channel, GE and PG collectively make up 8.11% of the iShares Russell Top 200 Value Index Fund ETF (IWX) which is lower by about 0.2% on the day Thursday.
Although the DJIA powered on to its eighth straight weekly gain (thanks primarily to IBM, GE, HD, and WMT), the rest of the market indices went the other way with the Russell 2000, Midcaps, and the NASDAQ notably weak.
