Results:Jianpijiangzhuofang of different dosage groups can reduce the amount of the serum total lipid, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein(a), and increase the amount of apolipoprotein A to variable degrees of model rats (P<0.01 in both cases). The curative effect of the massive and the small dose groups are similar to the control group of Xuezhikang (P >0.05) but is better than the control group of Fiveleaf gynostemma herb (P<0.05~0.01).
结果:健脾降浊方不同剂量能不同程度降低高脂血症模型大鼠的血清总脂质、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白(a)含量、升高血清载脂蛋白A的含量(P均<0.01),其中大、中剂量组与血脂康对照组疗效相仿(P>0.05),而优于绞股蓝对照组(P<0.05～0.01)。
