Studying the payment capability and will of rural resident in Chuzhou,the author advanced that the financing standard of rural resident in rural cooperative medical care should base on cash income of the living not pure income. Feasible financing standard and multiform medical insurances should be established to increase the fund of cooperative medical care system and improve insurance ability against disease risk.
