The rubber equipment time was worked out based on the theory of equipment vulcanization effect in this paper. According to the calculation result,a computer control system of rubber sulphurizing was developed,which can adjust sulphurizing time with temperature variety,finally getting optimum production. This system is made of Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).
