The extracting process includes water soaking of tea seed cake, filtering to eliminate impurity, heating to concentrate solution, vibrating fermentation after adding yeast, precipitation to separate, adding alcohol to clear liquid, freezing, adding water to frozen liquid for precipitation and dimixing, as well as spraying and drying the upper layer of liquid to obtain tea polysaccharide.
