  运动训练专业是我国高校教育学科门类下体育学类的五大专业之一,时代的发展、社会的进步、高等教育规模的迅速扩大、运动训练专业毕业生就业难的现状都对我国高校运动训练本科专业的课程改革提出了新的要求,本文以我国高校运动训练本科专业课程设置为研究对象,采用了文献资料、比较分析、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从社会需求的角度入手,针对在岗教练员和用人单位领导进行了相关调查,并结合对我国高校运动训练本科专业课程设置现状的分析和对相关专家访谈、调查的结果,提出了对我国高校运动训练本科专业的课程设置进行优化的方案。 优化方案重新构建了课程的框架体系,在课程设置上以学生发展、社会需求为原则,突出了立足专项、以人为本、灵活实用、多方向培养的特色。
