The nylon-cotton elastic and sparkling fabric is composed of nylon lustrous filament as warp yarn and cotton-polyurethane core-spun yarn as weft yarn. To decrease crease mark, pre-setting is carried out prior to pretreatment. Then cold pad-batch pretreatment and one bath dyeing with neutral/direct mixture dyes, as well as low temperature setting or two times setting are adopted. The whole process should be non-tension or low tension so as to ensure high quality and fabric style.
