Purpose: to evaluate the imaging methods and display ability of spiral ct three dimensional (3d) reconstruction of auditory ossicular chain and its clinical application.
目的：探讨正常和异常听骨链三维(3d)重建的成像方法及其临床初步应用。
Methods 35 patients with complex maxillofacial fracture were scanned by spiral CT and then the images were taken three-dimensional reconstruction on work-station using different softwares.
方法对35例复杂颌面骨折患者行螺旋CT扫描后，利用工作站行图像后处理，选用多种软件技术进行三维重建。
CONCLUSION Spiral ct three-dimensional reconstruction measurement can identify the degree of fracture shift exactly instruct and evaluate the operational restoration of zygomatic complex fractures.
结论：螺旋CT三维重建量测量能明确骨折移位的程度，指导颧骨复合体手术复位，并能准确评价手术复位效果。
