This invention relates to a reaction kettle for producing biodiesel oil. This reaction kettle comprises a kettle body and a stirrer equipped on the kettle body. The kettle body has a jacket structure, and the steam inlet and the condensing water outlet on the kettle body are through connected with the jacket. The feed inlet, the product outlet and the catalyst inlet on the kettle body are through connected with the reaction chamber. The feed inlet and the catalyst inlet are set at the upper part of the kettle body. The product outlet is set at the bottom of the kettle body.
