According to the Times of India, the Indian government will prohibit IKEA from selling food and, oddly, from providing financing to its domestic suppliers.
Last week Ikea withdrew a batch of frozen meatballs from sale in thefood section of stores in the UK, and other European countries, after tests in the Czech Republic found traces of horsemeat in those products.
