Police said the incident happened outside theDamascusGate entrance of Jerusalem's Old City last week, when about 80 Palestinians were having a snowball fight.
As the crowd passed through theDamascusGate into the narrow streets of the Old City, chanting Fatah slogans and waving flags, their voices magnified by the high walls to either side, there were sporadic outbursts of violence.
