Based on what I know of this company and of CEO TimSullivan and his management team thus far (as I do work with him directly) my personal optimism is high.
If we qualify this claim by noting a certain consistent success in increasing the unhappiness of others, we have a definition of the workplace that will ring true for many people, not least for Ray Fisman, a professor of business at Columbia Business School, and TimSullivan, the editorial director of Harvard Business Review Press.
