abstract:Roberto Arango-Vinent is a Puerto Rican politician who served as a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico from January 2005 until August 2011. Arango represented the New Progressive Party of Puerto Rico (NPP) as a San Juan district senator, before resigning in the wake of a nude pictures scandal.
