  In order to improve the educational system of tourism and levels of education, under the premise of integrating the actual conditions in China, the article outlines some constructive proposals and measures, e. g. appropriately expanding the way of entry and reinforcing the cooperation of schools; further clarifying the target of personnel training and emphasizing the internationalization of personnel training; making a optimization on the professional curriculum and emphasizing the second language learning; innovating the model of traditional teaching and training the practice-based teachers; paying attention to the students’professionalism and focusing on the role of practice. From the perspective of comparative education, this article compares scientifically the tourism undergraduate education between China and France.

  为了完善我国旅游教育制度,提高教育水平,在结合中国实际情况的前提下,论文分别提出以下一些建设性的建议和对策,即适当拓宽生源途径,加强校际合作力度;进一步明确培养目标,强调人才培养的国际化;优化专业课程设置,重视第二外语的学习;革新传统教学模式,努力培养实践型教师队伍;重视学生职业素养,注重实践环节的作用。
