  This paper took horizontal wells as 3-D line convergence, deduced velocity potential distribution of a single phase steady state percolation of horizontal wells, gained the potentiometric surface equation, and it is proved that its potentiometric surfaces are a bunch of revolving ellipsoids whose focuses are the two ends of the horizontal well. On the basis of above mentioned theories and aiming at some ordinary kinds of reservoirs, a derivation of the zone pressure distribution of 3-D steady state percolation in these reservoirs was achieved according to potential superposition theory and the productivity prediction formulas of the steady state in ordinary kinds of reservoirs were also established.

  本文在深入调研国内外有关水平井和分支水平井单相、溶解气驱油气两相产能预测理论文献的基础上，针对水平井和分支水平井产能预测中存在的问题，开展了单相稳态、非稳态和溶解气驱油气两相水平井和分支井产能的研究，取得了以下主要进展和成果： 将水平井视为三维线汇，推导了无界地层单相稳定渗流水平井引起的速度势分布，并得到了等势面方程，从理论上证明了其等势(或等压)面为一簇以水平井两端点为焦点的旋转椭球面，在此基础上，针对几种常见油藏类型，根据势叠加原理推导了油层内三维稳态渗流的压力分布，建立了常见类型油气藏水平井稳态产能预测解析模型。
