When dawn arrives and a new day begins, try to find a peaceful moment to listen to your Soul. Go within yourselves to the place where your soul dwells and listen, sensing its fundamental vibration, which is the most beautiful melody it interprets. In that deep part of you, only Will, Love and Wisdom exist. There, you'll only find that which is good and perfect and that is what you are in essence. Grasp the best of you which lives there and return with that (force or realization) to start a new day. Then, the fruits that each day bears will be three times greater because you'll carry along the pure sap of your purest essence. Therefore, search each day for the good essence that your spirit treasures in the deepest part of your self. Season your fruits with it and live today as the best day of your life.
