After breakfast, I returned to my room and slept until lunch, because I really had nothing else to do that day. If I stayed awake, I'd be forced to fraternize with my family and talk about the shower, which I knew Sugar had totally under control. Sleeping was my best option considering it kept me out of everyone's way and left me to slum alone.
