To study the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis of the knee, 31 cases of total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis were reviewed using the HSS score system.
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术治疗骨关节病的临床疗效。方法对31例人工全膝关节置换术进行临床分析和总结，并应用H SS膝关节评分系统进行分析。
The HSS score for the clinical symptoms of patients was significantly higher after HA injection than before HA injection with a significant difference in pain relief and function improvement(P<0.01).
治疗后Hss评分较治疗前明显升高（P<0.01），其中疼痛项、功能项差异有统计学意义。
Late follow-up results showed that 90% of the patients with good response to its activities (with HSS knee score for evaluation).
