OBJECTIVE: To review the new methods and developments on hepatic targeting drugs during the past few years, and provide references of research and application for this kind of drugs.
目的：综述近几年研究的药物肝靶向性的新方法和新思路，为此类药物的开发和应用提供参考。
The results indicated that N-Lactosyl-Chitosan was a good ligand for ASGPR, and could be used as hepatic targeting carrier of antitumor drugs.
实验结果表明N-乳糖酰壳聚糖是ASGPR的特异性配基，对肝细胞具有“主动”靶向作用，可作为肝靶向载体。
