Objective: to raise awareness of hematoma of birth canal and take active steps for its management and prevention.
目的：提高对产道血肿的认识，积极预防及正确处理产道血肿。
Methods: Retrospective analysis was made on 118 women with hematoma of birth canal and 1279 women with normal delivery in the corresponding period.
方法：选择118例产道血肿病例及同期平产的12 79例病例进行回顾性对照分析。
